Class XI to XII
Admission Process
Admission to Standard XI (FYJC) is conducted offline. Eligibility is open to students who have successfully completed Standard X (SSC/CBSE/ICSE/NIOS/other equivalent examinations), with admission being granted based on merit and seat availability. Students who wish to join Standard XII from other institutions can also apply under the same criteria. The admission will be confirmed once all the necessary certificates and documents are provided.
Required Documentation for Admission
1. A transcript showing the marks obtained in the SSC or an equivalent examination, which must include passing grades in a minimum of five subjects, including English.
2. A school/college leaving certificate (to be attested as required).
3. The passing certificate from the SSC or equivalent examination.
4. A migration certificate (if applicable).
5. A certificate of eligibility from the relevant educational board (mandatory for students transferring from other educational boards).
6. Any applicable caste certificate, validity certificate, or creamy layer certificate.
Discipline
At City World School, we prioritize discipline to create a conducive learning environment.
Our students are encouraged to show respect towards teachers, peers, and staff.
We have established guidelines to ensure a respectful and orderly campus.
Certificates – Birth/Leaving/transfer
Transfer students must provide a Leaving Certificate (LC) from their previous school.
If the student is shifting from another state, a counter signature by the Education Directorate office is compulsory on the LC.
LC is a crucial document for admission, as it validates a student's academic history.

Student Code of Conduct
Our school has a comprehensive Code of Conduct to maintain a positive learning environment.
Students are expected to follow rules related to behavior, uniform, attendance, and academic honesty.

School Timings
We follow specific timings for different grade levels.
Pre-School: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM,
LKG/UKG: 8:30 AM - 9:30 PM
I to VI – 8.30 AM – 12.00
Fee Policy
Our fee refund policy outlines the process and conditions for requesting refunds.
Requests for refunds should be submitted in writing to the finance department.
More details on the refund policy can be obtained from the finance office.
Absence
If your child needs to take a leave of absence, please inform the school in advance.
Medical certificates or valid reasons may be required for extended absences.
Make sure to contact the school administration for leave-related inquiries.

HSC Science Program
