Admission

At City World School, our admission process is thoughtfully designed to welcome all students because we recognize that each child is a unique individual. We embrace every child's distinct qualities and potential, nurturing their inherent abilities and natural talents to help them reach their full potential.

The dates and procedure for admission are as follows:

GradeCriteria
Senior KG -Age –5 years and above
Secondary Section-Age –12 – 16 years – Standard V – X
Primary Section-Age –6 – 12 years – Standard I – IV
Kinder Garten / KG -Age – 3 years and above

Fees

  1. Fees are to be paid by Demand Draft or in cash.
  2. The school office will remain open from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Documents

For Pre-Primary, Primary, and Middle School admissions, the following documents are required:

  1. Four passport-sized photos of the student.
  2. Two passport-sized photos of the parents.
  3. Copy of the student's Birth Certificate.
  4. Copy of the student's Aadhaar Card.
  5. Copy of the parent's Aadhaar Card.
  6. Transfer certificate or Leaving certificate from the previous school.
  7. Report card from the previous school.
  8. Medical Fitness certificate.

 








    ELIGIBILITY

    NURSERY

    1. Age limit for Pre-Nursery is 3 years as on September 30th of the year of admission.

    CLASS-I

    1. Age limit for Class I is 6 years as on September 30th of the year of admission.

    Events Calendar 2023-24

    Discipline:

    • At City World School, we prioritize discipline to create a conducive learning environment
    • Our students are encouraged to show respect towards teachers, peers, and staff
    • We have established guidelines to ensure a respectful and orderly campus

    Certificates – Birth/Leaving/transfer

    • Transfer students must provide a Leaving Certificate (LC) from their previous school
    • If the student is shifting from another state, a counter signature by the Education Directorate office is compulsory on the LC
    • LC is a crucial document for admission, as it validates a student's academic history
    • Please contact our administration office for details on LC requirements

    Student Code of Conduct -

    • Our school has a comprehensive Code of Conduct to maintain a positive learning environment.
    • Students are expected to follow rules related to behavior, uniform, attendance, and academic honesty.
    • The complete Code of Conduct is available in the student handbook.

    School Timings -

    We follow specific timings for different grade levels.

    • Primary :- 8:00 am to 1:30 pm (1st to 4th)
    • Pre primary :- 9:30 to 1:30 (SRKG / JRKG)
    • Pre primary :- 9:30 to 12:30 ( play group/ Nursery)

    Fee Policy -

    • Our fee refund policy outlines the process and conditions for requesting refunds.
    • Requests for refunds should be submitted in writing to the finance department.
    • More details on the refund policy can be obtained from the finance office.

    Absence -

    • If your child needs to take a leave of absence, please inform the school in advance.
    • Medical certificates or valid reasons may be required for extended absences.
    • Make sure to contact the school administration for leave-related inquiries.
